CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be 60 days in advance or a 20% processing fee will be deducted from deposit. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival.

HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Certain rates and minimum stays apply. 50% non-refundable deposit by personal check or money order.
$2000 Event fee for weddings and parties

CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is 4 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is 10 AM.
Special arrangements for early or late arrival or late departure by request.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING
Ashtrays have been provided for all terraces, balconies, porches and verandas.
A $100 charge will be assessed to anyone found smoking in our guest rooms.

PAYMENT
25% deposit or full payment upon reservation.We accept personal checks and credit card payments.
A 3% convenience fee will apply for payments by credit card.
